Job Description

Primary Purpose:

Provide marketing support for all NGTS brands including, but not limited to: NGTS, Quotit Retail and Enterprise, AgentCubed, AHCP, Transparent.ly and LeadCloud. Provide creative management for campaigns, coordinate campaign deployment and create sales enablement processes and tools. Responsible for implementing various marketing campaigns and acting as a primary liaison with other functional areas within NGTS and with external vendors, to ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time and as effectively as possible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with and manage outside agency partners to build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.) for all NGTS brands
  • Grow new pipelines, including marketing and sales-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
  • Manage entire content review and approval process through proofreading to executive and legal reviews
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
  • Work directly with Director of Marketing to develop and execute on new marketing strategies to increase sales
  • Establish appropriate digital marketing KPIs and create and maintain monthly marketing dashboard to ensure adherence to overall Sales Goals for all NGTS brands
  • Maintain marketing collateral library and Marketing Hub (internal ordering system) along with providing monthly order reporting
  • Ensure communications are consistent with company’s vision, mission, goals, values and external messages to customers and ensure consistent messaging is maintained across all channels
  • Work collaboratively with team members to continually improve marketing and communication efforts, processes, output, etc

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, including SAAS direct Sales
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization
  • Ability to understand new applications, programs, and initiatives quickly and to then effectively integrate those new programs and applications into daily routine
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly 
  • Strong sense of urgency throughout all projects 
  • Ability to provide occasional off-hour support due to the time sensitive nature of role
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • 3-5 years working proficiency in Hubspot, and other marketing automation applications for crafting, deploying and analyzing email communication campaigns
  • Ability to design, generate and analyze data reports to determine effectiveness of marketing/communication campaigns and provide actionable strategies and insights for campaign improvement
  • Insurance industry experience
  • Graphic Design and HTML design experience
  • Strong knowledge of AP Style and the English language
