Primary Purpose:

Implement recruitment marketing and employer brand strategy to attract the best talent across multiple platforms and channels.  Responsible for building and shaping employer reputation and externally communicating employee value proposition (EVP) through compelling recruitment campaigns. This position will be based in either the Cleveland, OH or Nashville, TN office locations.

  • Build and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that tell a unified brand story and differentiate NGIC as one of the top places to work
  • Champion the right message, right candidate, right time idea across all marketing channels
  • Function as primary liaison between talent acquisition and brand/marketing teams to ensure campaign and project efficiency, impact, and accountability for all stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with brand/creative teams and specialty areas  to execute on enterprise-wide recruitment marketing strategy
  • Create and manage internal talent acquisition process to ensure business unit recruitment needs are prioritized to support overall NGIC growth and strategy
  • Utilize best-practice and leading edge recruitment marketing tactics across all relevant channels and geographies with an emphasis on digital marketing
  • Execute a digital strategy that integrates NGIC employment brand into its existing social media platforms as well as NGIC careers websites
  • Partner at the local level with business units and recruiters to create impactful local brand recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Launch email and retargeting campaigns within existing candidate pipeline pool to nurture future talent pools and increase NGIC employer brand awareness
  • Engage and manage supplier/external partner relationships to ensure proper utilization and spend to maximize impact and ROI
  • Track and report on all marketing channel performance to include benchmarking, KPIs, and overall ROI to produce actionable insights
  • Research and educate talent acquisition on leading trends and insights to enhance/create stand-out candidate experiences


Minimum Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 5+ years marketing/public relations/corporate communications or similar experience
  • 3+ years in recruitment marketing and/or employer branding at the enterprise-level
  • Experience in a global, highly-matrixed environment including multiple brands under one umbrella
  • Excellent understanding of social and digital media platforms, including their respective strengths and audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to use data analysis, benchmarking and other user testing to make sound content decisions
  • Proven track record of high-performing campaign development with proven ROI
  • Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) including Pivot Tables
  • Intermediate project management skills

Prior experience in a talent acquisition sourcing or recruiter role
