Job Description

Primary Purpose:

Responsible for Sales and Account Management of existing customer accounts. This is an Inbound/Outbound Sales Position, also tasked with Account Management responsibilities. This candidate will own the business cycle from start to finish, nurturing the partnerships throughout the sales and contract negotiation process, and will act as the primary account manager for service requests from LeadCloud clients. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound sales outreach to both New and Existing LeadCloud customers
  • Identify new business opportunities between existing LeadCloud customers and help to facilitate introductions across existing customers
  • Manage inbound requests from new and existing LeadCloud customers, and work with the LeadCloud Tech Team to see such tasks through to completion
  • Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales by agreeing to terms and conditions
  • Prepare presentations and reports for head office and keep customer records
  • Attend Conferences or events as needed as a LeadCloud representative in order to identify new business opportunities in new and existing verticals

 

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the Lead Generation Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated, focused, and able to seek out resources for answers on their own.
  • Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly

 

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience working in the Insurance Industry
  • Supplemental education or certifications (MBA, PhD, CPA, etc.)
  • Supplemental computer knowledge (Access, MS Projects, etc.)
