Primary Purpose:

Manage Transparent.ly’s existing relationships in the mortgage and insurance verticals. Transparent.ly is a real-time clicks bidding platform that allows advertisers to precisely bid for consumers with our ad technology. The platform allows our website and digital publishing partners to monetize consumer traffic in insurance, mortgage and higher education by showing highly relevant ads to consumers. The Account Manager will manage our advertisers’ campaigns on our platform and grow relationships with our advertisers.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Serve as the primary day to day contact for insurance carriers and mortgage lenders
  • Develop strong relationships with clients including occasional travel to visit them across the United States
  • Maintain understanding of clients’ key performance goals, process and idiosyncrasies
  • Prepare for and professionally communicate within periodic business reviews with senior client management 
  • Analyze and optimize our clients marketing campaigns on the transparently platform 
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to increase revenue
  • Oversee all client activities

  • Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 3+ years of client relationship experience
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of developing strong relationships with clients
  • Analytical and comfortable doing self-directed analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  • High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Calm under pressure and have intuitive sense of what to say / not to say when engaging with clients
  • Strong sense of commitment to make sure clients are getting what they need to be successful
  • Driven and passionate team player with a Can-do attitude

Desired Skills:

  • Experienced working with marketing or advertising platforms
  • Experience in the mortgage or insurance industry
  • Thorough understanding of online marketing and economics concepts such as leads, CPC, CTR, customer acquisition, lifetime value and gross profit
