Job Description

Primary Purpose:

Responsible for the analysis of new and existing systems and applications to align with company goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help to drive solutions by providing testing support while following defined testing methods and system analysis
  • Identify and research current business systems issues and follow established testing procedures for delivery
  • Work with project leaders, IT, product and operations to demonstrate system changes to ensure all relevant needs are met
  • Assist with the creation and execution of test plans
  • Assist business units by analyzing potential system changes/enhancements and create supporting documentation for functional, system, usability, acceptance, and regression testing
  • Inform management and project teams of any facts, events, or information that may impact the success of a project or deliverable

  • Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • Working knowledge of company operating systems and processes used in support of the business operations
  • Ability to establish and cultivate effective cross-functional working relationships with team members, project managers and other personnel
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, system requirements, and user acceptance requirements
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environment
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to aggressive project deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels, departments and locations within the organization
  • High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • Health insurance experience
  • Experience in a technology environment as a Business Analyst, Quality Analyst, Business Systems Analyst or similar role
  • Experience working with Microsoft TFS, Quickbase, Azure DevOps, Asana, Sharepoint  or similar applications
  • Familiarity with the Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Prior experience in collaborating with geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong customer service or business support experience
