Job Description

Primary Purpose:

Coordinate tasks and provide professional administrative support to one or more project teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain project plans, track project progress, and prepare reports for clients or project stakeholders
  • Review project requirements, identify interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, delegate responsibilities, and ensure that work is completed as intended
  • Schedule cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration
  • Maintain project-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, or payment records
  • Work through the entire testing phase with each client
  • Manage follow ups and keep project moving towards the finish line
  • Work with the assigned developer on the project to make fixes, test and complete set up
  • Enter tickets for each new project and assign to the proper developer
  • Make sure projects are being worked on/completed in a timely matter
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the LeadCloud UI to troubleshoot during the testing phase
  • Manage all fast track integrations from sale to completion (integration set up, testing, production launch)
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the LeadCloud UI -- Campaign Management tool, Integration set up, Workflow process, Lead Debugger
  • Work to help streamline delivery communication for the majority of projects through LeadCloud (initial launch, testing, follow ups, production launch)
  • Work with Project Manager and delivery team to manage the daily questions, fixes, problems, etc. that come in from LeadCloud clients
  • Train new employees on LeadCloud processes, UI, Jira, and DNN

  • Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 3+ years of previous experience in project coordination
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Previous experience within insurance industry
