Primary Purpose:

The Lead Generation is the tip of the spear at Quotit as you serve as the first point of contact, building customer rapport and gauging customer interest.  Responsible for gathering/verifying basic information from the DOI lists and determining current products sold by potential customers and identifying customer need, the Lead Generator receives ongoing coaching and training to ensure everyone is set up for success. The position is required to hit call quota, while make outbound calls, capturing customer data in the customer management system, and live-transferring to a Quotit Sales Consultant.

Sales Consultants drive sales for Quotit while Lead Generators are responsible for achieving metrics set by the management staff. No licensing needed!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for hitting call quotas of a minimum of 100 outbound calls a day
  • Call scripts are provided and must be followed while ensuring all calls are branded correctly
  • Transfer potential customers to the correct phone line (call routing)
  • Convert outbound leads into transfers
  • Keep good notes and properly input all data
  • Assist with and properly communicate special programs
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a polite and courteous manner
  • Remain on line with the Sales Consultation to listen to the pitch and learn
  • Send Manager the caller ID for call monitoring and training

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

  • 6+ months of some sort of sales/ call center experience
  • Supplemental computer knowledge
  • Customer service experience
