Primary Purpose:

Oversee large scale technology integrations between platforms to optimize our direct to consumer business units with a focus on program alignment and execution. Success in this position requires strategic thinking, leadership, impeccable communication, strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to lead large cross-functional groups. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct end to end strategic projects both large and small, and assist in researching and the development of new business initiatives
  • Direct and translate business priorities into implementable actions to achieve strategic goals
  • Lead efforts to analyze program performance and leverage key data and customer insights to optimize existing programs and drive new strategies for growth
  • Drive growth through creative thinking, test-and-learn methodology, and rapid execution
  • Ensure the budgeting, planning, and net results meet business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure strategies and programs are delivered on time and drive the desired outcome
  • Advise business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration, and resource application
  • Secure support of leadership and cross-functional teams to execute recommended strategies
  • Act as a team leader and have responsibility for management of colleagues
  • Make decisions that have a significant long-term impact on the business while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information

 

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in tech integration and/or process improvement role
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization
  • Possess strong business process knowledge
  • Proven experience in leading and supporting large business/process improvement initiatives, and ability to influence across all areas and at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced negotiation, interpersonal communication and change management skills
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

 

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related field
