Job Description

Primary Purpose:

Responsible for leading a team of high volume Recruiters focused on Sales & Service call center positions. The position will drive team to execute on hiring goals through process-oriented KPIs and highly tactical recruiting techniques. The position will collaborate with the Director, Talent Acquisition and Sales & Service business unit leaders to execute specific recruitment strategies.  Manager will also work closely with the Sourcing Team to ensure adequate current and future candidate pipelines.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, train, and lead a team of Sales & Service Recruiters and adhere to established role-specific KPI’s
  • Work with business leaders on workforce requirements, staffing forecasts, position requirements, candidate availability and job descriptions for high volume Sales & Service positions enterprise-wide.
  • Develop creative sourcing plans in partnership with Sourcing Team to include traditional, networking and web based strategies
  • Stay current on recruitment trends and practices in the market place
  • Ensure that direct reports maintain accordance with documented processes including OFCCP compliance requirements
  • Interact with leadership throughout the organization to understand quality of recruitment process and quality of candidates/hires
  • Provide daily and weekly recruiting metric reports to talent acquisition leadership and business unit leaders
  • Ability to coach and develop others through performance management and KPI creation and adherence

 

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting high volume non-exempt positions
  • Experience with multiple recruiting software platforms such as: Taleo, MyStaffingPro, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, ICIMS, Workday
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in establishing productive and effective working relationships
  • Highly skilled in critical thinking, flexibility, and negotiations. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high-caliber consultative skills
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution and team building skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in protection and dissemination of company confidential and proprietary information
  • Must have experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
  • Expert knowledge of employment law and corporate recruitment practices
  • In-depth experience in competency-based interview and assessment techniques
  • Travel to other facilities and/or locations as needed

 

Desired Skills:

  • Insurance and/or financial services recruiting experience highly
  • Experience in a government contracting environment
  • Prior experience working with AAP/OFCCP reporting
  • 1+ year of experience managing a team of talent acquisition professionals (Sourcers, Coordinators, Recruiters, etc.)
