LOCATION: 1281 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37217         



  • Responsible for the ongoing strategic growth of the company's e-mail marketing programs across multiple brands.
  • Will work with the business to plan, coordinate, execute, measure, and optimize e-mail campaigns that drive the business.
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of the e-mail program in support of business opportunities and goals; metric-driven strategy and execution toward automated, personalized, and targeted consumer journeys for scalable growth; execution of annual and quarterly e-mail planning and keeping marketing calendars and timelines current; developing execution of a test-and-learn process supporting business goals and objectives; quality execution and timeliness of all e-mail projects and campaigns.
  • Develop cohesive campaigns that are targeted, relevant, and on brand; provide clear objectives and timelines to Content, Creative, Data and Analytics partners; monitor daily e-mail sends and data transfer processes to ensure proper execution of the e-mail program; use Salesforce Marketing Cloud E-mail Platform to build HTML e-mails; develop and implement ten to fifteen e-mail sends on a monthly basis; perform set-up, testing, and deployment of all e-mail campaigns; keep documentation current for campaign strategy, naming conventions, best practices, processes, and procedures; and handle the ESP Partnership and Agreement including all invoices and payments related to the e-mail marketing program.

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or closely related degree plus 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Operations.



  • Five years' experience is required and must include:
    • Implementing profit driving email marketing D2C campaigns that include mobile Pt content, inbox placement, and reputation management;
    • Performing all facets of email from strategy to deployment including Project Management, writing technical requirements, automated API driven ESP segment integration, complex journeys, performance analytics, and managing direct reports and technology vendors;
    • Utilizing enterprise level ESP tech stack, tools, system configurations, and capabilities to design cohesive architecture and infrastructure including DMP and managing email delivery infrastructure to result in 90%+ inbox placement;
    • Creating trigger and behavioral based, customer centric campaigns that are automated and utilize personalized, dynamic content;
    • Leveraging CRM data sets to create segmented messaging and target based transactional, drip, nurturing, and return to brand campaigns;
    • Developing targeted, relevant, on brand campaigns by providing clear objectives and timelines to vendors, IT, Content, Creative, Legal, Data and Analytics partners.
  • Employer will accept 7 years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience.
