Job Description

Primary Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing a team of corporate sourcers while designing and implementing process/technologies to capture, track and process candidate leads on a national platform. The position will collaborate with the VP - Talent Acquisition, TA Recruiting Managers and business unit leaders to develop and execute specific sourcing strategies. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, train and lead a team of corporate sourcers responsible for building a diverse candidate pool through a variety of traditional and innovative methods
  • Define, track and adhere to department KPI’s associated with program success
  • Develop creative sourcing plans to include traditional, networking and web-based strategies
  • Build, develop and maintain talent communities for identified talent needs/gaps
  • Design and implement process and technologies to capture the progress of candidate leads
  • Continually evaluate marketing and recruiting process to identify areas of efficiency and improvement
  • Stay current on recruitment trends and practices in the market place
  • Ensure that direct reports maintain accordance with documented processes including OFCCP compliance requirements
  • Interact with leadership throughout the organization to understand quality of recruitment process and quality of candidates/hires
  • Ability to coach and develop others

  • Bachelor’s Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • 6+ years of experience in recruiting/sourcing both non-exempt and exempt level positions
  • Experience with multiple recruiting software platforms and/or CRM systems such as: Taleo, MyStaffingPro, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, ICIMS, Workday
  • Experience designing and implementing models to find applicants for hard to fill positions
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with high attention to detail
  • Skilled in establishing productive and effective working relationships
  • Highly skilled in critical thinking, flexibility, and negotiations
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high-caliber consultative skills
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution and team building skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in protection and dissemination of company confidential and proprietary information
  • Must have experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
  • Expert knowledge of employment law and corporate recruitment practices
  • In-depth experience in competency-based interview and assessment techniques
  • Periodic travel to other facilities and/or locations

Desired Skills:

  • Insurance and/or financial services recruiting/sourcing experience highly preferred
  • Experience in a government contracting environment
  • Prior experience working with AAP/OFCCP reporting
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of talent acquisition professionals (sourcers, coordinators, recruiters, etc.)
