Primary responsibilities

Analyst for the Fort Worth Exceptions Processing team

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operations across multiple lines of business by managing audit information, documenting procedures and observing and analyzing business processes to identify potential audit risks and opportunities for integration and increased effectiveness
  • Analyzing trends in audit findings and evaluating recurring issues to identify areas in need of recursive training and recommend strategies for implementation of additional instruction
  • Improve compliance and reduce risk by collaborating with business leaders and project teams to oversee project implementation, user acceptance testing and post production validation and ensure success of improvement initiative
  • Manage process changes to systems and processes, assisting the team to meet deadlines
  • Guide improvement of employee performance across multiple lines of business by analyzing trends in audit findings and evaluating recurring issues to identify areas in need of recursive training and recommend strategies for implementation of additional instruction
  • Evaluate issues within audit results by reviewing current business processes and researching to determine root cause and develop plans for timely and accurate resolution
  • Consult with business units by communicating with leaders across the organization to share audit results and recommend strategies for improving compliance and effectiveness of processes
  • Develop plans for resolving compliance issues by drafting change management requests, evaluating risks and collaborating with IT to prioritize projects and initiate comprehensive resolutions
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value “can do” people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and fun





  • Working knowledge of internal operation systems and client-specific procedures and processes
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • Lender Systems knowledge (MSP and Fiserv as plus)
  • Intimate knowledge of Exceptions Processing and National General applications
  • Experience in Rembrandt, NexGen and TrackSource Expro a plus
  • Understanding of loan match rules, payee derivation and TrackSource Expro rules a plus.




  • Communicate skillfully with both internal and external teams
  • Consult and recommend changes and improvements to leaders
  • Define scope, coordinate, and manage implementation of projects, writing procedures and training
  • Implement queries and reports to provide access to important system information
  • Utilize effective research and investigative techniques
  • Analyze and synthesize data to form options and recommendations
