The Customer Care Associate ll is responsible for answering high volume inbound calls and providing effective quality customer service regarding property damage claims. Support borrowers and contractors by providing detailed information on how to progress a claim file, de-escalate calls and process complaints and handle disbursement of claim funds. What to Expect: •This position is WORK FROM HOME but you must be located in the Mesa, Arizona area.* Trainee/Rookie Camp – We provide the opportunity for motivated individuals to obtain industry experience working in a customer support role. Paid classroom and hands-on training are provided. Will be trained in basic insurance knowledge to assist with handling inbound and outbound phone calls, researching and how to gather information; assist customers with general property insurance questions, confirm escrowed insurance premium payments. Once you meet and exceed NGLS KPI’s you will become a Customer Care Associate! Customer Care Associate – Our Associates are responsible for assisting customers obtain proof of their property insurance coverage and ensuring insurance premiums for escrowed loans are received and paid on time. These individuals are responsible for either handling incoming calls from borrowers OR handling calls regarding property damage claims. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Trainee/Rookie Camp: Will be trained in basic insurance knowledge to assist with handling inbound and outbound phone calls, researching and how to gather information. Assist customers with general property insurance questions, confirm escrowed insurance premium payments. Customer Care Associate: Meet and exceed NGLS KPI’s Build and maintain relationships with Leadership and Team organizations Develop and manage customer relationships and serve as a resource to customers Deliver timely, accurate support to our customers ensuring the highest level of satisfaction Update records and notate our systems Minimum Skills and Competencies: High school diploma or GED Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop and maintain customer relationships Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills #LI-CH1 #ngls

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $17.69 - 23.82 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
