Primary Purpose:
Responsible for the leading, coaching and development of team members to hit specific sales transfer goals

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading, coaching and development of team members
  • Responsible for driving outbound dials, lead generation, client service, and inbound call suppression
  • Develop and implement new outbound call scripting
  • Promoting a positive work environment which provides a strong sales, client satisfaction focus with clear accountability
  • Conduct performance reviews with team members
  • Open and direct communication with your team members
  • Recruit, interview and make new hire recommendations
  • Identify training needs and work with training teams to maximize performance
  • Handles administrative work, including but not limited to – time cards, sales reports, etc
  • Partner with other areas of the company to optimize client experience
  • Management, reporting, and ongoing development of team and team members
  • Understand and manage KPI’s and company goals & initiatives
  • Interact with various departments to develop, manage, and improve performance of team and team members
  • Data analysis and reporting for executive leadership to communicate progress and ongoing metrics related to the Sales Team

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2+ years of Property and Casualty insurance industry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to develop and manage project/product related reporting and metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop a plan to resolve issues and drive change within the team
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly
  • Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • Clear understanding of NatGen affinities, including but not limited to Good Sam Insurance Agency, Rural Letter Carrier Insurance Marketplace, Drysdale Insurance Services, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Agent Cubed and NPS
  • Prior sales experience
